This is a pretty cool trick with Corona beer. These guy put it in the freezer but it does not freeze until they tap it against a table and then you can watch it freeze near instantly.

It's known as PV=nRT, a very basic gaseous law. The bottles contents has a certain pressure, volume and temp. When changing one the other envoromental characteristics the others change too, hence the equation PV=nRT. This trick only works when the liquid is NEAR melting/freezing point. When the bottle is opened the internal pressure is much greater than that of the outside of the bottle, so it dramatically plunges to equalise; hence the sudden drop in temp causing it to freeze in accordance with PV=nRT.
