This is a pretty cool video. Cops are chasing down a car. During the entire clip I was waiting to see the guy turn off his lights and disappear and thats the ghost car. Was surprised to see the ending and still cant figure out how he did it...

This is not a trick nor a ghost car. If you watch the video, on the upper left of the screen at the end of the video, you can see that the cross bar holding up the fence is detached from the vertical pole. It is simple and no trick, the guy just simply ran over the chain link and missed the pole.
It is not the end of the fence. He ran the fence over and it popped back up. Then when the cops realize what had happened it was to late for them to chase him because he was gone. I work for a security agency that have people take off on us all the time and they run through fences. The only way to tell where they go is by the broken poles and not the torn down fence. At the end on the left side of the screen you see the broken pole.
