Can someone explain this???

A child is set to play with a real King Cobra. High birthrate...high death toll...wonder why...but for all you out there...dont worry. Obviously the Cobra has its mouth tied and had its fangs pulled out. Cannot use venom or teeth..duh. But this just means the snake dies of starvation. Then the families do it all over again. For anyone that neeeds to know, the infant is a girl
