A restaurant diner in Australia accidentally swallowed a spoon while eating a plate of pasta.
The 26-year-old Sydney woman gulped down the implement during a laughing fit while eating spaghetti.
She is reported to have gagged reflexively when she realised what had happened but by then it was too late.
